Il Casale
La struttura, completamente in pietra, è stata realizzata alla fine del XIX secolo, classico esempio di casale padronale umbro.
L'interno è caratterizzato da solai con travi in castagno e da un arredamento in arte povera, sobrio e funzionale.
The structure, made entirely of stone, was built at the end of the 19th century, a classic example of an Umbrian manor house.The interior is characterized by ceilings with chestnut beams and poor art furniture, sober and functional.

Al piano terra è disponibile una sala hobby con tavolo da ping pong e calcio balilla.
All'esterno. ad uso totalmente esclusivo per gli ospiti, un ampio parco e una piscina
( 12x5 ) completano la proprietà.
At guests' disposal: 2 living rooms with fireplace, 3 equipped kitchens ( of which one on the ground floor adjacent to the porch and barbecue ), 6 bedrooms ( up to 16 beds )5 bathrooms ( one of which is for the disabled ). Tot. 300 sq. m. On the ground floor there is a hobby room with ping pong table and table soccer. Outside. for totally exclusive use by guests, a large park and a swimming pool ( 12x5 ) complete the property.
